FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT
With deep expertise rooted in the gaming, online media, and technology verticals, Stan has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, UX, and business intelligence, and held strategic leadership roles throughout his career.
Before transitioning into consultancy, Stan led global publishing strategy for Electronic Arts where we worked cross functionally across marketing, consumer insights, UX, studios, and finance to shape long term product portfolio strategy. Prior to EA, Stan held various roles at CBS Interactive where he joined as Research Director and then later held executive leadership roles in the gaming and entertainment division.

JEN DONAHOE
STRATEGIC MARKETING CONSULTANT
Jen Donahoe is a publishing, marketing, and growth leader with over 20 years of experience at major global game, toy, and entertainment companies.

In the games industry, she’s worked alongside developers in marketing, publishing, and growth roles at EA, Zynga, Scopely, Riot, and gaming startup HiDef. She specializes in product marketing, helping developers make the right game for the right audience while fulfilling a market need and developing go-to-market plans that inspire players. She’s also established and led new teams while educating leadership on the values of UA, mobile publishing, and product marketing. Some of the games she’s worked on include League of Legends, TFT, Wild Rift, Monopoly Go (v1), Star Trek Fleet Command, Farmville, Scrabble, and many, many more.
